Tiferet Bet Israel Synagogue
Delran completed two separate additions to the Tiferet Bet Israel synagogue. The additions totaled almost 15,000 square feet of space.
The first building is a new classroom/ educational wing. This portion of building ties into the existing school and creates a better use for the school offices and child care facilities. In all, nine new classrooms were added with a renovation of some interior space into new educational offices and a new Gift Shop. To accommodate this increase in the number of children occupying the space two new gang bathrooms were added.
The second building is a new Multi- Purpose room. A large room was created which through the use of a folding partition can be used for two separate functions simultaneously. Each area is open to a rear courtyard via a custom fabricated storefront system. In addition to the new Multi- Purpose room a new, fully functional kitchen was installed. A portion of the existing building, in conjunction with some new building, was converted into a new Memorial Hall.
