Manor Glen Elderly Senior Housing Facility
This three-story 43,670 sq. ft. building involved extensive sitework and utility work at the beginning of the project. The foundation was designed and built as a structural slab over grade beams and timber piles, with half of the building over spread footings.
The structure is a combination of steel and masonry, with three levels (35,780 sq. ft.) of precast concrete plank floor. The roof consists of wood trusses while the exterior of the building has a brick veneer on the first floor and stucco on both the second and third floors.
