Chestnut Hill Residence – Phase III
This project consisted of constructing a new three-story, 34 bedroom, personal care addition to the existing structure, a 1,200 sq. ft. expansion of the existing dining room area as well as a 7,500 sq. ft. renovation to the existing Alzheimer’s wing.
The most difficult aspect of this project is the confined space on site as a result of previous expansions. Delran Builders was instrumental in helping both the architect and owner capture the natural essence of the local community, particularly in relation to the cedar millwork, wood frame construction and architectural finishes inside the facility.
