Bay Colony 565/575/595
This project involved renovating all of the common spaces in three separate occupied buildings. In Building 595 the main lobby was demolished and a new glass staircase was installed.
In Buildings 565 & 575, in addition to the common areas, the four story aluminum vestibules were both removed (buildings remained open throughout). New structural caissons and foundations were installed prior to new aluminum storefronts being erected. In both buildings new smoke evaporation systems were constructed.
Delran had to coordinate with the building owner and all tenants during the project as everyone in the buildings were affected.
